I am a Computer Science graduate with a strong academic background and research experience, particularly in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I have collaborated on impactful projects under the supervision of distinguished faculty, including Dr. Zahid Hasan, and have authored multiple research papers published in Q1 and Q2 journals. My interests lie in developing innovative AI models to solve real-world problems. My research focuses on designing deep learning models for healthcare applications, such as SAMU-Net for polyp segmentation and risk assessment frameworks for breast cancer detection. I have also worked on early dengue prediction and scalable analysis of DNA data using PySpark. Beyond healthcare, my work extends to natural language processing and social networks, emphasizing AI for social good.

    Implemented deep learning models to classify brain MRI scans into four tumor categories, achieving an accuracy of 88.63% with InceptionV3.

    Implemented machine learning algorithms to predict breast cancer diagnosis based on cell nucleus characteristics, with Logistic Regression and XGBoost achieving competitive accuracy.

  • DNA Kingdom Prediction and Taxonomic Analysis Using PySpark [Project Link]
    Analyzed DNA codon usage patterns to classify sequences into taxonomic kingdoms and explored evolutionary trends using PySpark for large-scale data processing. Also employed machine learning models and achieved high scalability with PySpark.
